Coconut Oil Spray

BIG news! Yes, big! Trader Joes has a new product....are you ready? Coconut Oil non stick spray.  Yay!!! I talked all about oil in this post.  By now, you all know my inner monologues are possibly a tad different than other people's. And, yes, I wrestle with non stick spray and the best option.  Do I buy the olive oil one over canola? Well, yes, but then the olive oil will reach way past its safety temperature zone in the oven.  (Okay, that sounds like a hot food/cold food safety pamphlet, but I really think of these things) Sometimes, I just slab a bit of butter on the pan because I really believe that is better than some of the alternatives.  Rest easy friends-we now have a new, healthier option! I can't get to Kansas City fast enough.  So excited to try this!  I'll keep you posted on how it works...I'm hoping to get some this weekend.
